Sea Change and Gastro Non Grata are glad to present a reason not to cook dinner on Monday night with their patio series. Chef Erik Anderson and some of his buddies have graciously allocated their time to sit outside, cook up some food, and listen to some music and drink beer with you and for you. The menu and chefs consist of :

Families are invited to explore Minnesota’s agricultural heritage through its food. Children and parents will enjoy healthy treats prepared by local chefs, including:

- Wild rice salad with noted Minneapolis chef Seth Bixby Daugherty

- Local red skin potatoes & fresh ketchup from the History Center’s CafĂ© Minnesota
